GN Pans with Big R and Small R Angles

Not only we manufacture American and European style GN pans, but also our gastronorm pans can have a slight difference in rounded angles: we define the difference of these GN pans by naming them as GN pans with big R angles and GN pans with small R angles. The diameters of such GN pans, from one rounded angle to another rounded angle, differ. Gastronorm pans with big R angles have a shorter diameter, thus the volume of such gastronorm pans is smaller, whereas gastronorm pans with smaller R angles have a longer diameter and their volumes are bigger. 

For this reason recently GN pans with small R angles have been more popular among our customers, since our customers prefer GN pans with bigger volume capacities. Please note, that if you want to sell our GN pans with the GN pans of other manufactures to your clients you should pay attention to R angles and find out if these GN pans can be mutually compatible and stackable. GN pans of big R angles can be easily stacked together with GN pans of big R angles, while GN pans of small R angles can be stacked together with GN pans of small R angles.
