2025/9/22，1*40HQ Commercial Kitchenware Loading on Typhoon day to VVIP from Europe.

   On September 22, amid a typhoon, a batch of customized commercial kitchenware for a European VVIP client was loaded into a 40HQ container—with the SJ Team carrying out the shipment in wind and rain.  

The shipped kitchenware covers seven practical, quality-material categories:  

- GN Pans for diverse scenarios, made of 201/304 stainless steel in sizes 1/1 to 1/9, all with GN Lids;  

- Food-grade PP Ingredient Bins (81–102L capacity) for storage needs;  

- Heavy-duty kitchen Oil Residue Shovels (201 stainless steel), featuring high strength for oily environments;  

- Food-contact stainless steel pots (304 stainless steel) with composite bottoms to boost thermal conductivity;  

- 150mm-deep transparent PC GN Pans, plus multi-size mesh bread trays and high/low-side steamer racks—completing the full kitchen equipment set.  

“The top concerns for typhoon loading are cargo shifting and moisture,” noted the team. To address this, the SJ Team pre-planned the loading: following the “no heavy items on light ones” rule, 

304 stainless steel pots (heavy items) were placed at the bottom, while lightweight Ingredient Bins and trays went on top, with gaps filled by cushioning material.
